Well, that's exactly what I wanted after i decided to try this new kind of caveman diet. I will share with you the level of paleo diet results you can expect, but first just permit me to give you a quick run down of what this lifestyle actually is, and why I know find it much easier than the majority of diets.
What is the paleo diet?
The logic in the paleo diet is based around the thought that our bodies have not changed much genetically since the caveman era. So in stating that, a lot of the food we eat is modern food that irritates your body, causing weight gain along with other health problems.
In basic terms, what that actually means is that we have to get back to nature, time for consuming real food, natural food which comes directly from the earth prior to the agricultural era. No grains, no beans and legumes, no dairy, no sugar, and indeed no processed, packaged or junky foods!
Sticking to fresh fruits and vegetables, the range of available protein sources like chicken, beef, turkey, game meats, fish and seafood. Eating some seeds, and including healthy fats inside the diet is also what you need to do.
Sounds strange to reduce out all those commonly consumed staple foods, yet , it's not as difficult mainly because it seems. And the paleo diet results in terms of weight loss are well worth the effort.
Paleo Diet Results
Once i started this diet program, I went cold turkey and just straight out cut all the crap. Without an excessive amount of exercise (I still hadn't got my routine together!) I lost nine pounds within thirty days.
Now that may not sound like much though the scales don't always tell the complete story. You see, myself shape changed so much and I had started building a good amount of muscle. If you didn't know already, muscle weighs more than fat. So realistically I may have lost more fat nevertheless it wouldn't show up on the scales as the muscle weighs more.

For me the best part about this diet is that I haven't felt deprived by any means, shape or form. I say to you honesty; I eat heaps of food. I love food, not?
I don't weigh food, measure portions, count calories or any of that dead boring stuff. No...I simply stick to the paleo diet food list, prepare heaps of delicious paleo meals along with the weight loss results come easy, peasy!
